We apply strict data privacy controls. Customer data is processed only to provide the requested service, subject to the applicable vendor data processing, privacy, and commercial terms, and is not used to train Instag.ai models or third-party AI foundation models.

For enterprise customers, AI outputs should be reviewed in the context of your internal policies, applicable laws, advertising platform rules, and brand governance requirements before publication or operational use.
